NE1 Golf Products, Inc. has established an Authorized Dealer Program to:
 

• Establish standard operational policies to streamline the relationship between NE1 Golf Products, Inc. and Dealers.
   
• Create a method for consumers to identify and patronize NE1 Golf Products, Inc. Authorized Dealers.
   

NE1 Golf Products, Inc. Authorized Dealers will be given direct access to constantly updated information about NE1 Golf Products, Inc. products, warranty service, training, merchandising, and demonstration materials

Authorized Dealers receive:

• NE1 Golf Products, Inc. product information
   
• Warranty service access
   
• Use of NE1 Golf Products, Inc. product logos and images for advertising within approved guidelines
   
• Access to advertising and merchandising materials
   
• Access to display and demonstration materials

Requirements of Authorized Dealers:

• Sales of NE1 Golf Products, Inc. products to end users only
   
• Adhere to NE1 Golf Products, Inc. Authorized Dealer policies
   
• Follow NE1 Golf Products, Inc. advertising and trademark usage guidelines
