Limited Warranty
The Putting Game is warranted to the consumer only to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the consumer (the "warranted period"). Manufacturer will, at its option, either repair, replace or refund the full purchase price of any Putting Game determined to be defective by Manufacturer, provided that the defective Putting Game is returned to Manufacturer (along with the consumer's paid receipt and a written explanation detailing the nature of the defect) within the warranty period. Manufacturer's obligations under this Limited Warranty are limited solely to the repair, replacement or refund as provided above. Manufacturer shall have no obligation under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty shall be null and void with respect to any product that has been damaged due to acts of God, accident, improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification.
Returns
All returns must have a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number on the box and must be shipped freight prepaid to our McHenry, IL location. Product received without a valid RMA # will be refused.
The RMA # can be obtained from our Customer Service Department at 1-866-841-0014 or 1-815-331-1580, or fax at 1-815-331-1597. All returns MUST be received in the factory within 45 days of issuance of the RMA #. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We will exchange your Putting Game through the “Returns” procedure above and will require payment of a 10% handling fee.
